Hi there 👋
I’m Valentin Goupille — a bioinformatician applying AI and machine learning to understand biological systems and advance medical science.
With a fresh Master’s in Bioinformatics from the University of Rennes, I’m driven to bridge computational research with clinical applications — unlocking insights from complex biological data, whether it’s immune responses in plants or human health. I’m a strong advocate for open science and reproducible research, believing that transparency and collaboration accelerate discovery.
I’m also aspiring to pursue medical studies, to combine my scientific background with clinical practice. When I’m not coding or analyzing data, you’ll find me reading about medical advancements and exploring emerging technologies at the frontier of biology and AI.
